Operator 2 (Entry Level) 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift

Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 am–3:00 pm Monday–Friday, every other Saturday 5:00 am–11:00 am — $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm–11:00 pm Monday–Friday, every other Saturday 11:00 am–5:00 pm — $18.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm–7:00 am Sunday–Thursday, every other Friday 11:00 pm–5:00 am — $19.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment and applicable hand tools
• Complete first piece inspection as needed
• Ensure items produced pass quality control requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Use basic measuring instruments
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment (a plus)
• Basic technical understanding of machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and machine specifications (a plus)
• Problem-solving and safety awareness
