Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

About the role

Develops skills in basic task techniques within one skill area/process/method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

Requirements

• HS diploma/GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months forklift driving experience.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to follow basic written instructions and protocols.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process area.
• Must clear all background checks before starting the job assignment. No exceptions.

Physical requirements

• Can require lifting and/or moving over 50 lbs.

Pay

$18.20 an hour

Schedule

1st shift, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
