Operator 1 � Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking an Operator 1 Warehouse Operations to support material handling and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products.
• Perform routine material handling and warehouse operations.
• Follow established SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Work effectively in a metric‑driven environment.
• Perform basic computer and data‑entry tasks.
• Follow instructions and work under general supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (must be verified).
• Forklift experience required.
• 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse/plant environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move 50 + lb.
• Steel‑toed shoes are required.
• Must successfully complete a drug test; candidates may start pending results.
• In‑person interview required.
• Overtime may be available based on company needs.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Work environment may involve moving mechanical equipment, vibration, moderate‑to‑loud noise, hot and cold temperatures, and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
