About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and execute plans to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, server administration, and cloud computing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ITIL best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with ITIL Service Management principles.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in multiple programming languages and scripting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with IT project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
