Operator 1 , McGriddle - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a McGriddle Operator 1 to join our team at our Ontario, CA bakery. As a McGriddle Operator 1, you will be accountable for supporting McGriddle mixing operations by preparing accurate ingredient blends, maintaining food-safety compliance, and ensuring products meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support McGriddle mixing operations by preparing accurate ingredient blends per specifications
• Maintain product quality and food-safety standards through adherence to GMPs, HACCP, and allergen controls
• Absorb the role of the Mixer when needed
• Document production steps clearly and accurately to support traceability and compliance
• Monitor ingredient usage, replenish bins, and communicate abnormalities or safety concerns to leadership
• Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Collaborate with Supervisors and team members to meet production goals and support workflow needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food-production environment
• Ability to read, write, and complete legible documentation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery production or ingredient handling
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food-safety protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues or identify process concerns
