Operator 1 - Cleanup Crew - Sawmill
About the role
This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean, safe, and operational.
Responsibilities
- Pick up slabs, sticks, sawdust, and chips off lower mill floors
- Absorb and assist with dust mitigation
- Maintain a safe environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Apply good housekeeping standards to your work area or any area you observe
Requirements
- Completion of high-school or equivalent preferred but not required
- Sawmill experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to safely work at a moderate to fast pace
- Lifting is 20-30 pounds on a continuous basis
- Must be willing to learn new skills
- Be a team player and self-starter

Pay
$25.94 per hour, plus an additional $1.75 shift differential, overtime, and production bonuses
Schedule
Part-time position, 36 hours a week. Work Schedule: Friday-Sunday (1200pm - 1230am), flexible as needed.
