About the role
We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery – Sheeter – 3rd Shift to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As an Operator 1, Bakery – Sheeter – 3rd Shift, you will be accountable for supporting the safe and efficient operation of the sheeting line by maintaining product flow, monitoring process controls, and ensuring product quality standards are achieved. This role is critical to maximizing production efficiency, reducing waste, and supporting food safety and operational excellence initiatives.
