About the role

Perform assembly and test related tasks on an automated VI Chip PCB Assembly line based on written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate work center equipment to meet standard production rates.
• Report equipment downtime or malfunction and monitor work center output for conformance to specification.
• Use microscopes, hand tools, measurement, and test equipment to perform daily tasks.
• Cross-train and certify in a minimum of four package assembly work centers, including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, Cut, J-Lead, or Test.
• Perform all responsibilities within the company’s guidelines for quality, safety, and cost.
• Work with minimal direct supervision.
• Perform additional tasks as requested or directed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Computer literacy.

Pay

Entry-level salary starts at $17.50 per hour. Higher pay is available based on experience. Individual salaries are determined by qualifications such as skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
