About the Role

• Performs work in a safe manner following all company safety rules and procedures.
• Looks out for co-workers' safety.
• Maintains immediate work area, tools, materials, and equipment safely and following ISO/cGMP.
• Maintains all necessary production records and reports and reviews manufacturing orders for variances.
• Reports breakdowns, damages, and excess wear of production tools and equipment.
• Performs basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Understands basic quality standards and inspects for specific quality attributes.
• Attentive to detail, asks for clarification when uncertain of quality requirements.
• Performs routine housekeeping.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand the length of a shift.
• Lifting as needed.
• Comfort with basic hand tools.

Pay

Base Rate: $18.75/hour

• 2nd shift has a 5% shift differential.
• 3rd shift has a 7.5% shift differential.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:50 PM–8:00 AM
• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:50 AM–4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:50 PM–12:00 AM
