About the role

A successful, decades-old company specializing in measurement and automation is expanding its team. The role supports daily business operations, including handling incoming and outgoing goods, invoicing, customer service, and administrative support for service and calibration processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the store
• Handle invoicing (based on orders, without orders, or work orders) and record orders
• Receive, process, and log incoming goods in the system, then store them in the warehouse
• Monitor basic inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Receive instruments for service and calibration, and manage related administration
• Prepare, pack, and handle administrative tasks for domestic and international shipments
• Maintain communication with partners (e.g., calibration partners)
• Occasionally transport calibration equipment on the Budapest–Vienna route using a company vehicle

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
• Reliability and independence
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Category B driver’s license with confident driving experience
• Basic English language skills
• Technical interest or experience
• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Invoicing experience
