Responsibilities
- The Operations Trainee Front Office assists the operation and team to ensure exceptional service, quality and value to each guest throughout their stay from front office, concierge, PBX and bell staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or similar
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Experience in Hospitality Front of House
