Operations Trainee - Future Operations Leader

What You’ll Do

• Learn daily operations by working directly alongside frontline teams
• Gain exposure to key functions including production, logistics, safety, and yard operations
• Observe and support supervisors and managers to understand leadership expectations
• Build relationships across locations and departments
• Learn company processes, workflows, and operational best practices
• Develop the knowledge and experience needed to lead teams effectively in the future

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in operations and leadership development
• Willingness to learn by doing — including working in an industrial environment
• Ability to travel between Fond du Lac, Green Bay, and Sheboygan locations
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and accountability
