Operations Technology and Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses that simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
• Develop visualizations that clearly communicate trends in operations, customer experience, ESG metrics, and business performance.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating, cleaning, and reconciling datasets as part of monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for the executive leadership team and the client.
• Use AI-assisted reporting and summarization tools to streamline workflows and enhance data clarity.
• Apply basic machine-learning-assisted techniques (e.g., trend detection, sentiment analysis) under the guidance of technical partners.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle (vetting, testing, and deployment) of food service technologies for system implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for third-party software vendors, ensuring SLAs are met and platforms are optimized for the client environment.
• Serve as the first line of support for high-level technical issues within the tech stack.
• Liaison & IT Compliance by acting as the technical translator between our Corporate IT department and Client’s Internal IT/Security teams.
• Ensure all software and hardware deployments comply with our internal and client’s strict data privacy, and networking security protocols.
• Manage the integration of food service hardware within the corporate networks.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, IT project management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management or operations analytics.
  • Experience within the food service, facilities management, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, Looker, Google Data Studio, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with food-tech platforms is a plus.

  Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Sitting at a computer for long periods of time, at least 90% of the time.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds.

  Pay

  The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 per year - $127,200.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
