Pay

Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
Additional Pay: $1.50 shift premium for this shift

Schedule

B Shift: 4:00pm - 2:00am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Previous WMS experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Teams
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure workload is distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
