Operations Team Member | Operations and Care Center Services

Location: Glendale, AZ

Compensation: $21-$23 per hour (DOE)

As an Operational Team Member, you'll help ensure every pet entrusted to our care is treated with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll make a meaningful difference for veterinary partners and pet families every day. No previous industry experience is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Working Environment

On-site role within a Gateway Care Center. Active position involving standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.

Schedule

Full-Time; Tuesday to Friday: 9:30am - 6pm & Saturdays: 6am - 2:30pm.
