Operations Support Specialist
for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the job posting.
Key sections:
- Company Overview (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is generic; but we have "Company Overview" and "Position Summary". Could treat as "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if content matches. We have "Position Summary" which is like About the role. We'll map to About the role
. Also we have "Company Overview" maybe also part of About the role? Could combine.
We have "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities.
We have "Qualifications" -> Qualifications.
We have "Other Requirements" maybe part of Qualifications? Could be included under Qualifications or Skills? It lists other duties as needed. Might be part of Responsibilities? Actually "Other Requirements Execute other related duties as needed or assigned to support evolving business priorities." That's more like a responsibility. Could add to Responsibilities.
We have "Why Join Us?" maybe Benefits? It mentions competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Also "We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package". That's Benefits and Pay? It mentions competitive salary (Pay) and benefits package (Benefits). So we can create Benefits and Pay sections if specific content. It says "competitive salary" (no specifics) and "comprehensive benefits package". The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they state "competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package". That's somewhat vague but it's stating they offer salary and benefits. Is that considered specific enough? It's not a number, but it's stating they offer salary and benefits. The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". "competitive salary" is somewhat vague but not exactly those placeholders. It's a statement that they offer a competitive salary. I'd say we can include Pay and Benefits sections with that statement.
We also have Physical Demands and Work Environment - not in allowed headings list; we could omit because not in allowed headings? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not include Physical Demands or Work Environment as separate sections; maybe we can incorporate into About the role? But better to omit if not matching allowed headings. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop info. If we omit Physical Demands and Work Environment, we lose substantive info. But maybe we can include them under a generic heading like "About the role" or "Requirements"? Not ideal. The instruction says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but gives examples. Safer to stick to those headings; we can incorporate Physical Demands and Work Environment into About the role or Requirements? Probably better to add a section "About the role" that includes company overview, position summary, physical demands, work environment. That would preserve info.
Similarly, "Why Join Us?" could be Benefits and Pay.
We also have "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc which we must drop.
We also have "Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings..." drop.
We also have "Learn more at www.aircond.com ." maybe keep as part of About the role.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's extract substantive content:

We need to avoid duplication: The "Why Join Us?" also mentions values etc. Could be part of Benefits? But we can treat as Benefits? Actually "Why Join Us?" is more about culture; could be part of About the role? But we have limited headings. Perhaps we can incorporate that into About the role as well.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: combine Company Overview, Position Summary, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Why Join Us? (culture). Could be long but okay.
- Responsibilities: list duties.
- Qualifications: list qualifications.
- Benefits: mention comprehensive benefits package.
- Pay: mention competitive salary.
We should not include Schedule (no info). Skills? Could be part of Qualifications; but we have a separate Skills heading optional. We could omit Skills if not distinct.
We must not create headings with filler. Benefits and Pay have actual statements (competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package). That's okay.
Now format.
We need to use
for each section heading.
Inside sections, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We must not include any other tags like unless needed? Not prohibited but better to keep simple.
We'll output something like:
