Operations Support LL.US

Responsibilities

• Cook up operational activities that bolster daily purchasing and sales functions while keeping teams on track.
• Keep records, reports, and business documentation organized to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle workflow issues, eliminate roadblocks, and enhance operational performance.
• Monitor supplier activities and follow up on outstanding items to ensure reliable supply and delivery.
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise systems like SAP R/3 to track data, prepare updates, and support decision-making.
• Assist with projects aimed at process improvement, efficiency gains, and better coordination across supply chain activities.
• Support delivery assurance efforts by identifying risks, escalating concerns when necessary, and keeping teams aligned on commitments.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and other business partners to support operational goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of applicable experience.
• Proven background in supply chain logistics, operations support, or a closely related business function.
• Experience working directly with suppliers and managing follow-up activities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using SAP R/3 or similar enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of project coordination, process improvement, Lean methods, or delivery assurance practices.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively, and build strong relationships with varied stakeholders.
• Aerospace industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications
