Operations Supervisor - Weekend 1st Shift

Responsibilities
- Promote a safe environment for the customer’s product, associates, and temporary workers.
- Follow established operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Provide 100% customer satisfaction.
- Build a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
- Maintain attendance and tardiness records.
- Monitor daily compliance with safety procedures.
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training needed to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.
- Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers, complaints and associate concerns productivity and quality of work.
- Oversee 40–50 hourly associates.
- Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for food-grade warehouse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with some college-level study.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lean Six Sigma experience.
- Inventory experience.
- Third-party logistics (3PL) experience.

Pay
Attractive annual salary range of $75,000 to $82,000 plus bonus; compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
Schedule
Weekend schedule, Friday through Sunday, 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM.
