Required
- 3 – 5 years high volume experience with a VIP club or upscale hospitality establishment
- Knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws and health code regulations
- Ability to work late hours and deal with intoxicated guests in a positive manner
- Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
- Financial & Operational skills
- Fine dining procedures
- Fine wine knowledge
- Food preparation and presentation
- Cost of Sales
- P&L Reports
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
- Guest Relations
- Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS
- College Degree
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
- Physical Demands/Working Environment: Fast-paced, extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet, must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
