Required

• 3 – 5 years high volume experience with a VIP club or upscale hospitality establishment
• Knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws and health code regulations
• Ability to work late hours and deal with intoxicated guests in a positive manner
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
• Financial & Operational skills
• Fine dining procedures
• Fine wine knowledge
• Food preparation and presentation
• Cost of Sales
• P&L Reports
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• Guest Relations
• Point of Sales knowledge, preferably MICROS
• College Degree
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent
• Physical Demands/Working Environment: Fast-paced, extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet, must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
