About the Role

As the Operations Supervisor, you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by driving store merchandise in-stocks, supervising and engaging Operations associates, and executing operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, direct the team, and work with the latest merchandise while resolving customer issues professionally.
  • Assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in-stock information for customers.
  • Oversee RFID processes and perform system uploads to ensure efficient and accurate stock ledger updates.
  • Lead door-to-floor merchandise preparation, manage pricing and signing teams, and execute promotional price signing, reticketing, and repackaging.
  • Responsible for all stockroom processes, work safety initiatives, facility equipment, and support process execution.
  • Oversee the cash office and manage receiving, shipping, and logistics with third-party carriers.
  • Play an active role in training and developing associates, including coaching, addressing performance issues, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Consistently meet performance standards, including shrink and safety initiatives, Omnichannel, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, engagement, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $19.00/Hr – USD $23.75/Hr.
