National salary range: $62,500 – $70,000. California: $70,304 – $82,000; Washington: $80,169 – $82,000.

As an Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities go beyond daily management—you will be instrumental in implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations. Your leadership will guide frontline associates, foster a safe and productive work environment, and drive the overall success of DHL Supply Chain. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a global leader in contract logistics, operating in over 150 million square feet of warehouse space with more than 50,000 associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role, preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills, preferred.
