Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safety awareness throughout the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
- Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
- 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and organizational skills (preferred).
