Operations Supervisor 1st shift, Manufacturing

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support our Manufacturing team in Roseburg, OR. The Operations Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation of the assigned departments, ensuring supervision of associates for compliance with company policies and procedures. This role maximizes throughput and efficiencies while maintaining quality standards and practices. Schedule

1st shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (subject to change with business needs).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a supervisory position within a production or manufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments; able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Proven track record in driving safety culture improvements and Kaizen initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates assigned to specified departments, ensuring maximum throughput and minimum waste while monitoring quality standards.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are accomplished in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide daily supervision of associates, including record keeping, time and attendance monitoring, performance evaluations, and recommendations for advancement or disciplinary procedures.
• Track department processing in accordance with established turnaround time (TAT) schedules and production goals.
• Audit individual productivity and quality to ensure associates meet expected standards; identify root causes of failures and take corrective action.
• Compile thorough pass-down reports to inform incoming shifts of current operations and department status.
• Keep Senior Management aware of issues that may impact the ability of the shift to meet established service levels.
• Maintain consistent quality assurance standards through interaction with the Quality Services team.

Pay

Hiring salary range: $65,224–$82,466. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position and will be determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.
