We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes description of role (What You'll Do), What You Bring To The Table (qualifications/skills), Benefits, Pay (base pay range). Also location/hybrid schedule info: "This is a full-time position located in Boise, ID. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes three days in-office." That's schedule info. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications?), Skills (maybe separate), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "About Us" and "Benefits" etc. We need to preserve substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Intro: "What happens between when a customer clicks “Buy” and the order shows up on their doorstep? How did the product made in Europe get to our American warehouse? If you want to be one of the people behind that eCommerce magic, we invite you to apply for this role. As Operations Strategist, your job will be to help manage day-to-day warehouse operations and order processing tasks for our businesses, as well as assist in various other operations related tasks like forecasting, transfers, allocation. Your primary responsibility will be to be point of contact within company to communicate with the warehouses for order processing, and then work cross functionally towards optimizing inventory allocation and order processing. A successful candidate is curious and often finds themselves as the person at the table asking “why?” or “is there a better way?”. The Operations Analyst will also collaborate with various departments, working on cross-functional projects. Whether it is communicating inventory or helping the customer success team track down an order, you will partner with multiple functions throughout Balsam Brands. You will also collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure warehouses are supporting any marketplace, PR, RTP and special project processing tasks. In addition, you will jump in to help our team, improve our capabilities, and handle challenges by gathering and providing data in a resourceful manner. This position reports to the Director of Operations. This is a full-time position located in Boise, ID. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes three days in-office." That's the intro and role description. Then "What You’ll Do" bullet list: - Work with warehouses to facilitate the movement of orders and inventory and coordinate with shipping carriers - Monitor supply chain and financial metrics to optimize the costs and experience of shipping to customer - Partner with supply chain, customer service, internal cross-functional partners and external vendors making process improvements and solving operational challenges - Collaborate with remote teams across geographies using a variety of technologies - Prepare reports for senior leadership to improve visibility of operational challenges, identify opportunities to optimize order processing, inventory allocation and inventory management. - Become an expert in various operational processes such as communicating effectively with warehouses, supporting all order processing tasks and optimizing inventory allocation. Then "What You Bring To The Table": - Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain - 2+ years of experience in data analysis – Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience a bonus - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated history of teamwork, including a willingness to jump in to help accomplish tasks - Inquisitive mind and analytical approach to solving problems - A sharp eye for the detail - Self-starter with a can-do attitude - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel; ability to learn software programs - Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions Then "About Us": description of Balsam Brands. Might be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. Could be part of "About the role" or separate. The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" list. - Requirements: maybe education and experience (Bachelor's, 2+ years). - Qualifications: maybe the other qualifications (skills, AI literacy, etc.) but we can combine. - Skills: maybe the specific skills (communication, teamwork, analytical, detail, self-starter, MS Office, AI literacy). - Benefits: the benefits list. - Pay: base pay range. - Schedule: location and hybrid model. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Schedule

This is a full-time position located in Boise, ID. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes three days in-office.

We must ensure no duplicate content. The intro already mentioned location/hybrid; we repeated in Schedule section. That's okay but maybe redundant. However we need to include schedule section with real content; we can keep it but maybe we should not duplicate the same sentence. Could keep schedule section short: "Hybrid model: three days in-office per week; based in Boise, ID." But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can't remove location/hybrid info entirely. We can keep it in Schedule section and maybe shorten intro to not repeat location/hybrid. However the instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we must keep all info, but we can rephrase as long as we keep the info. It's okay to have location/hybrid mentioned in both sections as long as we don't lose info. But maybe better to keep location/hybrid only in Schedule section and remove from intro to avoid duplication. However the intro also contains other substantive info about role; we can keep location/hybrid there as well but it's duplication but not loss. The instruction didn't forbid duplication, just said remove duplicated lines (like boilerplate). Duplication of substantive info may be okay but better to avoid. Let's adjust: In About the role paragraph, we can omit the location/hybrid sentence, and keep it only in Schedule. But we must ensure we didn't lose any substantive info: the location/hybrid is substantive; we keep it in Schedule. So we remove that sentence from About the role. Let's rewrite About the role paragraph without that sentence. Original intro: "
