Responsibilities

• Keep the venue safe, clean, neat, and orderly at all times.
• Aid in maintaining the venue's landscaping, including tasks like weed eating, edging, and removing fallen limbs.
• Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual situations to supervisors.
• Perform simple operator duties and responsibilities.
• Execute mechanic skills such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and task lists to perform required maintenance and service.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance.
• Carry out a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program, which may include conserving resources and preventing waste.
• Partner with fellow crew members at the end of shows to close the venue, which may involve collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved sections, and safely storing event equipment like lawn chairs and barricades.
• Must be reliable, extremely responsible, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
