About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
• Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
