About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support business needs.Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management or a related field.
- Experience with network administration, server management, and cloud computing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience with IT service management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT management software.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and experience with VMware or similar platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience with threat detection and response.
