About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management or a related field.
  • Experience with network administration, server management, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and experience with IT service management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT management software.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and experience with VMware or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience with threat detection and response.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
