Operations Services Supervisor (Teller Manager)

About the Role

Join our branch team as an Operations Services Supervisor and make a difference by managing the operational aspects of one branch and leading a team of service line associates. This role involves processing teller transactions and customer service requests, facilitating customer education on bank capabilities, and identifying sales opportunities to support branch sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards: Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues. Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively to understand customer needs and take prompt action. Optimize performance through coaching, supporting bank initiatives, and leveraging tools.
• Operations and Administration: Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects. Complete required training by deadlines. Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for deposit-taking roles.
• Team Leadership: Manage team performance and personnel functions to ensure operational soundness and deliver results that create customer value and meet financial expectations. Drive accountability for role expectations, provide one-on-one feedback and coaching, and leverage the expertise of bank partners and other managers to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.

Preferred Area of Experience: Management or supervisory experience.
