Responsibilities

The Senior Field Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Providing field supervision of on-site trade work with a strong focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedule requirements
• Coordinating material delivery and installation activities to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays
• Facilitating communication and coordination between trades to resolve conflicts and maintain progress
• Monitoring workforce production and providing guidance to ensure compliance with Holder standards
• Collaborating closely with project management teams to address issues and support overall project objectives
• Promoting Holder’s zero-accident safety culture and enforcing compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Mentoring junior field staff and contributing to team development and training initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience in commercial construction field supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed

• Experience supervising large-scale commercial construction projects
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and safety programs
• Willingness to relocate to projects as needed
