Minimum education: high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
Requirements
- Six (6) months experience in instructor-led training, field operations, or related area
- Experience working in a Safety-focused leadership role preferred
- ASSP, NSC, OSHA Training Institute, or Accredited College Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and web-based applications

- Ability to build effective relationships built on trust, respect, and collaboration
- Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and deliver informational sessions
- Ability to develop effective methods for data analysis and interpret results
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, plan resources, meet deadlines, and respond to day-to-day needs
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop solutions
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies, and procedures related to FedEx Operations preferred
