Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflow processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or operations management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
