Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflow processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or operations management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
