About the role

The Project Manager leads key initiatives to drive improved quality, operational, and/or financial performance with a high degree of autonomy. The Project Manager partners with field teams, IT, Quality Improvement, and other departments to stand-up, plan, and deliver high-impact, strategic projects.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Own the successful execution and implementation of initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality results. Compose project plans, lead workstreams, track progress of deliverables and metrics, and support adoption. Identify, raise, diagnose, and solve risks or anomalies impacting the project.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead opportunities for improvement within designated project areas, including detailing problems, organizing cross-functional teams, and proposing findings or recommendations to enable executive decision-making.
  • Analysis: Complete analyses on current business processes, operating models, staffing levels, industry best practices, or other execution-related tasks to accelerate progress.
  • Communication: Communicate results, timelines, and status to a broad audience, including senior executives. Facilitate discussions as a liaison between functional and field teams, translating problem statements or requirements for key stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Influence and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across broader teams. Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of professional experience, with preference for operational consulting experience.
  • Formal training in one or more process improvement methodologies preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile, or change management certification).
  • Ability to direct and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance excellence initiatives across diverse services, employees, and geographies, resulting in tangible quality, operational, and financial improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong alignment with Sevita’s collaborative culture and operating model centered on individuals served.

Other Requirements

  • Travel as needed; estimated at 25% but not guaranteed.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.
