Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects using SCRUM
• Implement industry best development techniques in diverse work cultures and environments
• Coach and educate team members on Agile methodologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems
• Develop and maintain in-house tools using Agile SCRUM methodology
• Contribute to the quality assurance process in software development and testing

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as Agile SCRUM Master and/or Agile Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in Agile Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or equivalent certifications
• Experience with Quality Management System building and/or maintenance
• Software development and/or software testing experience
• Experience in Software Process Quality Assurance
