Operations & Production Specialist, Experiences
Responsibilities
- End-to-end production of experiences: design development, fabrication, logistics, installation, live operation, and teardown
- Day-to-day performance and evolution of HQ experiences, ensuring they remain operational, compelling, and forward-looking
- Roadshow deployments—leading teams to execute seamless builds and breakdowns across multiple locations
- Technical systems across experiences, including power, HVAC, AV, and interactive elements
- Partner with S&R to plan and execute site logistics—from surveys to generator/HVAC setup and compliance
- Own vendor and fabricator relationships, pushing for quality, speed, and innovation
- Familiarity with union labor environments and large-scale venue builds
- Strong technical fluency (power, HVAC, structures, AV, or similar hands-on systems)
- Ability to lead onsite labor teams and make decisions quickly under pressure
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time during event execution
Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends to support events
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale or high-visibility events
- Familiarity with technical production (AV, staging, lighting, fabrication, power management)
- Experience in aerospace, tech, or highly regulated industries
- Forklift certified
Pay
Pay Range: Operations & Production Specialist. Experiences I (Non-Exempt): $31.00 - 44.00
Operations & Production Specialist, Experiences I| (Exempt): $86,000 - $120,000

Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand. Salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
