About the role
The Operations Planner is responsible for managing and overseeing the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) and Navy Integrated Fire Control Counter Air (NIFC-CA) systems within the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP).
Responsibilities
- Supervise the configuration, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair of combat system components.
- Utilize Mission Planning and Decision Support Systems to manage and coordinate integrated air and surface training.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols, particularly those related to top secret clearance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize CEC and NIFC-CA systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the effective operation of the systems.
Requirements
- Technical management experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer.
- Experience in Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD), surface, or airborne CEC and TDL interoperability.
- Recent experience as an IAMD Specialist.
- Knowledge and understanding of both individual unit and Integrated Air and Surface training.
- Shipboard or airborne C4I systems technical management experience.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience including technical management as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer.
- Eight (8) years experience in IAMD, surface or airborne CEC and TDL interoperability.
- Recent experience as an IAMD Specialist utilizing Mission Planning and Decision Support Systems.

Pay
$115,000 - $125,000 annually.
