About the role

We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Officer with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team working in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Certification as an operations officer and excellent knowledge of tools
  • 20+ years of successfully conducting and leading operations
  • Demonstrated interest in modern mitigation efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead initiatives that cross multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, particularly the ability to document and convey complex information clearly and completely
  • Demonstrated ability to review extensive data, identify trends, and prioritize stakeholders
  • Strong analytic, critical thinking, and writing skills
  • Ability to conduct occasional TDY travel
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, solve problems, work several tasks simultaneously, and meet short deadlines often in stressful situations

Requirements

  • Certification as an operations officer
  • Excellence in knowledge of tools
  • 20+ years of successful operations experience
  • Demonstrated interest in modern mitigation efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for documenting and conveying complex information
  • Ability to review extensive data, identify trends, and prioritize stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Proven ability to analyze, prioritize, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure
