Operations Manager with Security Clearance

Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial; Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with military training and training support operations;
• 5 years of operations management experience;
• 3 years of experience, within the last 10 years, with military simulations;
• A robust understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) and MTC operations

Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
