Pay range: $73,000 – $132,000. Pay is based on several factors, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

About the Role

About You
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
- Able to read and interpret policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center
