About the Role

You will work closely with managers and team members to understand how Target’s supply chain operates and what it takes to excel in a management role. You’ll lead and support daily operations by working alongside your team, learning to motivate and influence others, including the opportunity to lead a department.

During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your Mentor’s work center with guidance and support. Development is a priority, and you can expect ongoing conversations with your Mentor and Manager to ensure you feel supported.
