About the role
The Operations Product Manager will act as the point of contact for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality throughout the product life cycle. They will manage cross-functional action tracking, ensure clear ownership, timing, and closure, and support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed.
Responsibilities
- Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans
- Manage cross-functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure
- Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams
- Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the LRU level
- Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed
- Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews
Requirements
- Typically requires a University degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain experience within the aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% as required for role.
Qualifications
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, programs and projects.
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining strategies to achieve cost, technical and delivery performance targets.
- Development program and new product introduction experience.
- Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process, Supply Management, Operations and/or Quality experience.

Pay
$107,500 - $204,500 USD
Schedule
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
