Operations Manager - Engine Control & Accessories (Hybrid)

About the role

The Operations Product Manager will act as the point of contact for Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality throughout the product life cycle. They will manage cross-functional action tracking, ensure clear ownership, timing, and closure, and support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, recovery plans, and priorities into integrated execution plans
• Manage cross-functional action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timing, and closure
• Drive issue resolution by coordinating across site, supply chain, and functional teams
• Maintain visibility to execution risks, gaps, and recovery progress at the LRU level
• Support NPI, build readiness, and recovery execution as needed
• Provide execution inputs into capacity, LE/EAC, and program reviews

Requirements

• Typically requires a University degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain experience within the aerospace or similar manufacturing environment.
• Willing and able to travel up to 20% as required for role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, programs and projects.
• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining strategies to achieve cost, technical and delivery performance targets.
• Development program and new product introduction experience.
• Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process, Supply Management, Operations and/or Quality experience.

Pay

$107,500 - $204,500 USD

Schedule

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
