Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager role at NTI is responsible for implementing processes and practices across the organization. Key duties include formulating strategy, improving performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production and KPI’s.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.

Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Specific knowledge or skills related to the position.
• Certifications (if required or preferred).
• Licenses (if required or preferred).
• Additional skills related to personality (interpersonal skills, technology skills, or other).

Education And Experience

• 3+ years of experience as an Operations Assistant, Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Experience within the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principals.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Physical abilities (lift requirements, standing, sitting).
• Specific equipment safety usage.
