Join us as a Operations Management Program

Structured, 12-month development experience combining formal training and field exposure
Gain practical experience in the field, developing a deep understanding of Schindler's products, services, and customers
Work closely with Area, Territory, and local leadership, including a dedicated mentor
Learn how to effectively manage the maintenance and repair of elevators, escalators, and moving walks
Field experience combined with structured curriculum including in-person training, eLearning modules, and cohort-based sessions
Core focus areas include safety, product knowledge, resource planning, leadership, technician development, and financial acumen
Program divided into three phases with specific learning objectives for each phase
Upon completion, participants must be open to relocating to other locations within the local territory

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or other relevant field of study preferred
Candidates MUST be open to relocation (company-assisted) to select cities upon completion of the program
Previous military or other leadership experience is highly desirable
Prior work experience or internships in construction, service/maintenance or related industry a plus
Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
Affinity for understanding technical/mechanical systems
