Operations & Maintenance Specialist - Painter

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot relay controls, P.L.C. controls, and C.N.C. controls.
• Ability to design relay circuits and P.L.C. circuits to perform tasks from verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and/or pneumatic circuits and design the same.
• Proficiency in welding steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Willingness to train and share new knowledge gained with other employees.
• Willing and able to perform all functions of maintenance, i.e.: Janitorial, Building Maintenance, Maintenance B, and Maintenance A.
• Learn plant infrastructure: sprinkler mains, their shutoff valves, areas serviced, inspector test stations, drain valves, Electrical entrances, disconnects, areas serviced, load capacity, load used, gas entrances, their shut-offs, areas serviced, load levels, water entrances and main runs, sewer line locations and path.
• Good communication techniques to communicate with outside technical sources and within the organization.
