Operations & Maintenance Reliability Manager

About the role

The Operations & Maintenance Reliability Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the company's maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management or related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management systems and software.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or similar quality management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
