Operations, Maintenance Maintenance Manager (3069)
About the Role
You will develop, implement, and monitor regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. You will establish and enforce procedures to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. You ensure proper procedure and coverage for emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. You will oversee maintenance technicians with mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
Requirements
- Minimum of a 2-year certificate from a Technical school in Industrial Technology
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Team leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry
- Hot work, lock out tag out, haz mat, or OSHA certification training
