Responsibilities

  • Design and lead blended learning programs utilizing adult learning theory
  • Facilitate technical skills training in both in-person and virtual formats
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and align objectives
  • Conduct needs analyses and develop training topics based on site metrics
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines and learning pathways
  • Continuously improve training models and assess program effectiveness
  • Develop strategies to enhance learner engagement and participation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or related field required
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Training, Manufacturing, Quality, Learning & Development, or related field
  • Experience within a cGxP-regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting and facilitating learning programs
  • Ability to translate business and competency needs into effective learning solutions
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
