Responsibilities
- Design and lead blended learning programs utilizing adult learning theory
- Facilitate technical skills training in both in-person and virtual formats
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and align objectives
- Conduct needs analyses and develop training topics based on site metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines and learning pathways
- Continuously improve training models and assess program effectiveness
- Develop strategies to enhance learner engagement and participation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or related field required
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Training, Manufacturing, Quality, Learning & Development, or related field
- Experience within a cGxP-regulated environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in presenting and facilitating learning programs
- Ability to translate business and competency needs into effective learning solutions
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
