Operations Manager - Industrial Automation & System Integration Western Michigan | $175,000 - $200,000 Base + 20% Bonus Responsibilities Lead a team of engineers, project managers, and technical leaders.Oversee project delivery, execution, and customer satisfaction.Drive resource planning, utilization, and workforce allocation.Manage project financials, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.Support project estimating, pricing, and proposal reviews.Grow customer relationships and drive repeat business.Develop and mentor team members and future leaders.Partner with sales, engineering, and executive leadership teams. Qualifications Leadership experience within system integration, industrial automation, MES, OT, or engineering services.Experience leading customer-facing technical teams.Strong project, resource, and financial management skills.Background with PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, MES, OT, or industrial automation technologies.Experience supporting project costing, estimates, proposals, or pricing activities.Strong customer relationship and communication skills.Bachelor's degree preferred.Open to limited travel.
