Operations Leader Intern

Responsibilities

• Foster employee relations and engagement, supporting team morale and frontline communication
• Conduct basic safety observations, report hazards, and follow up on corrective actions
• Communicate issues and status updates to supervisors, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams
• Track cycle times, downtime reasons, and other performance metrics; maintain dashboards and reports
• Support continuous improvement activities (Kaizen), map processes, and help implement small experiments
• Assist with root-cause investigations for recurring defects and document corrective actions
