Operations Leader
About the role
Join Rubber Fab as an Operations Leader and take direct ownership of the daily operations of a critical multi-function site. This role is focused on ensuring that people, priorities, workflows and resources are effectively coordinated each day to deliver safe, reliable and responsive performance for customers and the business. The Operations Leader is the senior on-site leader responsible for managing daily operations across Supply Chain, Quality, and Warehouse functions. This role establishes clear daily priorities, monitors execution, resolves operational issues, coordinates resources and maintains consistent communication across teams. The Operations Leader is accountable for creating a disciplined operating environment in which safety, quality, customer commitments, productivity and employee performance are actively managed every day.
