Operations Lead - PT (El Paso West)

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution and operational readiness.
• Provides troubleshooting, conditioning, and housekeeping while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.
• Collaborates with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness, supporting traffic, sales, and the customer experience.
• Coordinates daily/weekly zone workload, assigns tasks, and ensures all tasks are completed efficiently and timely.
• Supports the store team in areas such as customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience.
• Trains, coaches, plans, monitors, and appraises results to drive productivity.
• Leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience.
• Participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions, processing freight, sorting, and stocking products on shelves.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and organized store by managing stock levels and performing end cap maintenance.

Qualifications And Competencies

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Background Check required.
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs., as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; stand or walk for prolonged periods of time; bend, climb, and reach at times.
• Strong attention to detail, including understanding standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior, creating a sense of urgency, promoting teamwork, delegating appropriately, and motivating self and team to accomplish objectives.
• Timely and thorough execution.
